Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • The digital product was not delivered (e.g., download link not provided).
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working version.
  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@playandlearnkids.com within 7 days of purchase and include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Proof of purchase.
  3. A detailed description of the issue.

Exemptions from Refunds

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The digital product has already been downloaded or accessed.
  • You changed your mind about the purchase.
  • Compatibility issues with your device, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
  • Misuse of the product or failure to read the product description.

Duplicate Purchases

If you unintentionally purchase the same product more than once, please reach out to us with proof of the duplicate transaction. Once verified, a refund for the duplicate purchase will be processed.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
